I didn't start out as a brand strategist. I started out the way a lot of women do — working hard, proving myself, and slowly realizing that the value I was creating for other people's businesses was value I could build for myself.

Over 15+ years in sales, marketing, and business leadership, I learned what actually moves a business forward — not trends, not tactics for their own sake, but clarity: knowing exactly who you serve, what you offer, and why it matters. I took an overlooked business and helped it become a two-time award winner in its 38-year history. I've built teams, launched offers, fixed broken messaging, and helped people go from invisible to unmistakable.

Along the way, I learned something else: the biggest thing standing between a woman and a thriving business usually isn't a lack of ability. It's a lack of clarity, a lack of a plan, and a lack of someone in her corner who will tell her the truth and help her actually execute.
